We understand that we are citizens of the communities in which we do business, and we recognize our responsibility to contribute to the health and quality of life of those communities. We do much to contribute to our communities today at Metzger Animal Hospital both involving people and pets.
We’re proud to support Meals on Wheels, the Bob Perks Cancer Fund, Central PA Fourth Fest, Centre County 4H, Centre County Women’s Resource Center and Easter Seals of Central PA, .
Our favorite pet community service examples include Centre County PAWS, Pets Come First, Tudek Dog Park, Wild About Animals, Pet Pantry of Central PA and our great local rescues (Golden Retriever Rescue, Beagle 911, Nittany Greyhound Rescue, Huntingdon County Humane Society and many others).
We’re especially proud of our association with Canine Partners for Life which combines prison raised therapy dogs with handicapped people in need.
