Veterinarian, DVM, Diplomate ABVP
Centre County native Dr. Mark Koshko received his B.S. in Biology, with honors from California University of Pennsylvania and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003.
Dr. Koshko is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, a select group of veterinary specialists certified by examination. He is one of only 12 board-certified ABVP practitioners in the state of Pennsylvania and one of 460 nationwide. http://abvp.com/
Dr. Koshko received intensive training in advanced laparoscopic surgery and cardiac and abdominal ultrasound. He also has been published several times for his work on Canine Cushing’s syndrome.
Dr. Koshko resides in Port Matilda with his wife Kristen, daughters Madison and Olivia, and their rescue dog, Sadie. Medical interests include internal medicine, ultrasonography, advanced laparoscopic surgery, and clinical pathology. In his free time, Mark enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his family.
